Random Logic Craps offers three times odds. The amount you may
lay on the odds after a Don't Pass or Don't Come bet is directly
proportional to the amount you can win. The combined house edge
on 3X odds on the Pass and Come bets is 0.47% and on the Don't
Pass and Don't Come is 0.34%. This version of the game allows
the field bet pays 3-1 on the 12. All bets are turned on during
the Come Out roll. Bonus points are awarded based on bets resolved.
5% is deducted from winning Buy Bets. This equates to the 4 and
10 paying 19-10, the 5 and 9 paying 57-40, and the 6 and 8 paying
57-50. The house edge is 2.73% on the 6 and 8, 3.00% on the 5
and 9, and 3.33% on the 4 and 10. Another 5% is deducted from
winning Lay Bets, equating to the 4 and 10 paying 19-40, the 5
and 9 paying 19-30, and the 6 and 8 paying 19-24. The house edge
is 1.67% on the 4 and 10, 2.00% on 5 and 9, and 2.27% on 6 and
8.
The first roll of the dice in a Craps round is called the "Come
Out Roll". The basic opening bet in Craps, which is placed
just before the Come Out Roll, is called the "Pass Line Bet."
Pass Line Bets are instant winners when the shooter's Come Out
Roll is 7 or 11, and lose when the Come Out Roll is 2 (Snake Eyes),
3 (Cross Eyes), or 12 (Box Cars). If a 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10 is
thrown on the Come Out Roll, that number becomes "The Point".
"The Puck" (a small round plastic marker labeled "ON"
on one side and "OFF" on the other) shows that “The
Point” has been established, and is located on the Craps
Table over the box for the number thrown as The Point, whether
it was 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10.
To end a round of Craps and resolve Pass Line Bets, the shooter
must roll either the Point or 7 after the Come Out Roll. The possibility
exists for a Craps round to continue all night, if the shooter
fails to roll the Point or a 7 before the sun rises. Pass Line
Bets cannot win until the Point is thrown, and cannot lose until
a 7 is thrown. Because unresolved Pass Line Bets may not be removed,
Players must wait for a roll of the Point or 7 to determine the
outcome of their Pass Line Bets.
As with all versions of the game, Random Logic casinos have specific
table limits, and with most Random Logic Casinos, these table
limits are as follows:
Table Limits:
Minimum bet: $1.
Maximum bet: $200 - on any specific betting spot.
Maximum bet: $500 - on the whole Table.
These limits help to keep the game in a playable range for all
players.
